The following financing steps of W.E.B. leading to its further expansion commenced on 1 October 2010:
1. A capital increase (rights and public offering)
2. A corporate bond. The 5% W.E.B. Windenergie AG bond 2010-2015 is the first corporate bond issued by an alternative energy supplier based in Austria. Ernst Brandl worked on the complex regulatory aspects of the trade room and advertising designs for the issued investment instruments.
The aggregate volume of the capital increase and corporate bond exceeded EUR 15 million.
